Physio-Adaptive Wearable for At Home Chronic Low Back Pain Management
Address the cause rather than the symptoms
Symetrify is revolutionizing the management and prevention of chronic lower back pain (CLBP). The L-PACT is an at-home assessment and training-to-treat wearable that helps address and prevent asymmetries and postural imbalances.
Back pain is the leading cause of disability worldwide
The L-PACT:
An innovative neuro-mechanical wearable CLBP management system

Assessment
Lumbo - pelvic postural dynamic assessment

Training-to-Treat
Wearable is algo-adjusted to individual

Prevention
Neuromuscular self-learning
and CLBP prevention
Chronic low back pain (CLBP) is often rooted in structural misalignment and postural dysfunction within the lumbo-pelvic region—the lower portion of the spine responsible for load transfer and stability. Asymmetries at the Lumbo-Pelvic Load Distribution Axis (LDA) can disrupt neuromechanical balance, altering load distribution and placing excessive strain on adjacent musculoskeletal structures, ultimately contributing to pain and long-term biomechanical deterioration.
The L-PACT introduces a novel approach to restoring proper load distribution across the lumbo-pelvic structures. First, utilizing AI-driven sensing and automated counter-compressive force application, it assesses dynamic postural imbalances during movement. Then, through brief, walk-based “train-to-treat” sessions, the system applies targeted counter-pressure to promote neuromuscular adaptation and brain retraining—supporting long-term postural correction and the prevention of chronic low back pain (CLBP).
L-PACT Advantages
A groundbreaking technology to asses and improve dynamic spinal posture
Built on our deep clinical expertise and priority technology, the L-PACT system analyzes and addresses the neuro-mechanical root cause of back pain
- AI sensing assesses biomechanical faults of dynamic low back posture
- Automated counter compressive force pressures restore lumbo-pelvic balance (symmetry)
- Data-driven algorithms optimize spinal functional performance
- Corrective actionable insights improve posture and patient engagement
Supporting scientific literature
The technology behind L-PACT is based on extensive research conducted in the field. Key research published in renowned peer-reviewed journals supports its innovative approach to address asymmetries in lumbo-pelvic motion and posture for pain reduction and long-term prevention.
About Us
Symetrify aims to establish a new standard of care in the assessment and improvement of neuro-musculoskeletal health.
In a proof-of-concept study involving 100 patients, 98% demonstrated measurable improvement, with 42% showing progress after just a single session.
Symetrify’s go-to-market strategy begins with the $34 billion U.S. physical therapy and chiropractic market, followed by entry into the sports, fitness, and workplace wellness sectors.
Symetrify’s proprietary technology platform can also be applied to numerous neuromuscular conditions, including neck pain, shoulder pain, and sports injuries, all multi-billion-dollar market opportunities.
The company is collaborating with eHealth Ventures, a digital health incubator providing access to world-class clinical, operational and business networks.
